Housing development Albir, Alicante, completed in 2019 with the Baupanel® System construction system.
Entirely formwork construction system, with standard PassivHaus enclosure. With only 30 cm thickness in the enclosures (140mm panels + rock wool + concrete), a thermal transmittance of 0.18 W/m2xK has been achieved and a minimum airborne noise insulation of >50 db(A) , achieving homes with almost zero consumption.
