Baucad 3D is a program designed exclusively for the BAUPANEL® System construction system. Baucad 3d allows automatic generation of drawings, measurements and budgets, starting directly from the plans provided by the customer for any architectural project.

To design a building with the BAUPANEL® system, our Baucad 3d software enables automatic conversion of traditional architectural project documents, generating new documents that maintain the DWG file format.

Baucad 3d performs a breakdown of all the vertical and horizontal elements of the system, optimizing the consumption of panels to the maximum, with the purpose of obtaining the required numbers of panels to carry out the project. This breakdown of panels is outlined and referenced with regard to the panels drawn in the layout.

Baucad 3d, from the start of the panelised project plans, generates the budget and the measurements of the elements that comprise the BAUPANEL® system. In addition, the software performs a calculation of the material required for manufacture. It also produces the necessary amounts of additional materials (steel reinforcement bars, and reinforcement in frameworks, concrete for projection and pouring, etc.) as well as labour output, in order to obtain an estimate of the execution time for the shell and core work.

Furthermore, Baucad 3d allows a 3D design based on the panelised floor plans, representing the placement of various panels in three dimensions. This facilitates reading the plans for the assembly phase.
